Licensee has one can of paint accessible along the far-right side of the yard by the exit gate. Licensee has personal hygiene items accessible in the bathroom above the sink in cupboards and on the counter such as toothpaste, lotion, shaving cream. 110-300-0260(2)(a)(b) Licensee has a storage shed in the back yard in the middle of the yard that is accessible to the children; licensee has no locking door or method to a storage shed in the backyard area. 110-300-0260(5) Licensee has three ladders accessible in the back yard one on the side of the far-right side of the house and two ladders are beside the storage shed by the far-right side of the yard.
